First Up: Will Simpson, vocalist of Brigade
Will Simpson may be a Southerner but he takes his tea like a brick layer. No Lady Grey or Oolong for this man, get a bag of Builders, Tetley or Yorkshire and lob it in the cup. Add piping hot water and ''mash the shit out of it'' (his words, not ours). Once the bag is well and truly battered, remove and add half a teaspoon of sugar (he's trying to kick the white stuff). Stir in the sugar and then add a touch of milk (too milky and he will kick off). Hand over the cuppa and relax, it's a job well done.
